Volume Control Dampers are used to control the air flow in a HVAC system. Volume Control Dampers are square and rectangular type with both parallel blade operation and opposed blade operation, Low leakage blade construction, to suit for high performance applications where dampers are subjected to face quiet, efficient, rattle free operation. Round Volume Control Dampers are designed for quiet, efficient and reliable air volume control in ventilation systems. Circular Damper allows even distribution and control of airflow under conditions of high duct pressures. Fire Dampers are passive fire protection products used in HVAC ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistance rated walls and floors. When the temperature rises, the fire damper closes, usually activated by a thermal element which melts at temperatures higher than ambient but low enough to indicate the presence of a fire, allowing springs to close the damper blades.

Motorized Fire Dampers are very much similar to Fire Dampers. The VAV bypass system supplies a constant volume of air at a constant pressure and temperature in a single run of duct. Wall mounted thermostats are used to regulate the volume of air entering the controlled area through the Variable Air Volume boxes. Each box is equipped with a bypass balancing damper at the top to ensure that too much air does not bypass to the ceiling space. Excess air is diverted directly to the return air ceiling plenum for free or ducted return. Damper Modulation will range from full-shut-off to full-open to a mechanically set minimum air volume.

Pressure Independent Terminal units have flow-sensing devices that limit the flow rate through the box. They can control the maximum and minimum CFM that can be supplied and are therefore independent of the Static pressure in the primary air duct. Acoustic Panels are used to reduce noise and control sound in many different spaces. Acoustic panels meet both acoustic performance and structural durability well. All of the sound absorbing wall panels can be made from a Class A fire rated acoustic foam and there are heavy duty panels covered in perforated metal. A Grille is an air outlet or intake that consists of a square or rectangular face and neck, and is made up of stationary or adjustable louvers which may be used to deflect the air. A Register is simply a Grille which incorporates an integral damper for air volume control.
SUPPLY/ RETURN AIR GRILLE
Supply Grilles and Registers usually have adjustable louvers and are available in single or double deflection models. The single deflection type includes one set of blades in the horizontal or vertical orientation. Air pattern is adjustable in one plane only. The double deflection type includes two sets of blades in both the horizontal and vertical orientation, with air pattern being adjustable in both the horizontal and vertical planes.

The Linear Bar Grille is normally used where an architectural blend of the grille to its surroundings is required. Front Blades of the Linear Bar Grille are fixed horizontally to the frame using Aluminum pipes while the rear vertical blades are adjustable.

Linear Slot Diffusers incorporate adjustable pattern controllers in a multi slot configuration. Adjustable pattern controllers allow horizontal left, horizontal right or vertical discharge for maximum flexibility. Typically used in ceiling installations, the linear slot diffuser is architecturally appealing, particularly when supplied in continuous lengths.

Round Ceiling Diffusers consist of several concentric cones suspended below the ceiling line by an outer cone and they offer radial discharge of conditioned air at low sound levels.
